Superfood is food that is mostly in the form of fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, which are rich in phytonutrients, in other words superfood is a food that contains good substances in significant amounts. Examples are antioxidants (helps prevent cell damage), anthocyanins (helps cells inhibit UV light), vitamin C (helps everything, from wound healing to oxidative stress), and dietary fiber (helps food move quickly in the body).

To get this property, choose one that contains 70% or more cocoa. Although chocolate is good for you, keep in mind that you can’t eat chocolate in many forms every day. Chocolate in any form remains high in calories. Limit intake to 100 calories.
